Every photograph on this site is public domain or CC0, drawn from open collections, and rendered through the same navy duotone treatment. The record below lists each image, its creator, its licence and its source.
Images are sourced through the Openverse API, filtered to cc0 and
pdm, with Wikimedia Commons searched directly when needed. CC0 and public
domain material carries no attribution obligation; provenance is recorded anyway, and
nobody shown in a photograph is presented as a customer or user of the service — these are
documentary images of documents, devices, rooms and objects.
